1. Professional Background and Nature of Services Del Grosso Advisory is led by a professional with over 20 years of experience as a licensed Attorney in Argentina. While we possess extensive knowledge of Italian law and administrative procedures, Del Grosso Advisory does not provide legal representation as a licensed "Avvocato" in Italy. Our services are strictly consulting, advisory, and administrative facilitation.

2. Property and Real Estate Consulting We provide expert guidance in the search, due diligence, and purchase/sale process of real estate in Italy, leveraging our deep understanding of the market and legal requirements. However, Del Grosso Advisory does not act as a licensed Real Estate Agency in Italy. We act as professional consultants to ensure our clients make informed decisions, but the final legal deeds must be executed before a licensed Italian Notary.

3. No Guarantee of Results Del Grosso Advisory acts as an expert liaison with Italian authorities (Consulates, Municipalities, and Courts). However, the final approval of citizenship or any legal recognition depends entirely on the respective Italian government bodies.

4. Third-Party Engagement When a case requires a licensed professional in Italy (such as an Avvocato for court cases or a Notaio for property deeds), we coordinate with qualified third parties. Del Grosso Advisory is not responsible for the independent actions of these external professionals.
